Job Description - Salesperson:

TCA Wireless currently has full-time position openings for retail salespeople at the store locations listed above. Job description includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Sales and activation of wireless phones for Nextel, Sprint and T-Mobile.
• Sales of wireless phone accessories.
• Installation of wireless phone accessories.
• Excellence in customer service and the ability to multi-task are requirements.

TCA Wireless provides in-house training and support to all new and existing employees.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Required Education: High School.
• Employee Type: Full-Time Employee, flexible schedule required.
• Typing: 30 words per minute required, 10-key by touch experience preferred.
• Computers: Internet browsing and email experience required. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Transportation: Driver's license and own vehicle highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent oral, interpersonal and organizational skills. Multi-lingual is a plus.
• Excellence in customer service and salesmanship. Ability to multi-task is required.
• Prior wireless sales experience a plus, but not necessary, as we provide internal company training.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage.
